The individual completing a reservation, purchasing a service, or submitting a booking request through the website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, or other communication channels.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of tourism-related services purchased electronically through Colina Rojo Travel.
Services may include:
- Airport transfers
- Private transfers
- Daily tours
- Multi-day tours
- Vacation packages
- Shore excursions
- Transportation services
- Travel-related arrangements
3. Service Information
The essential characteristics of the purchased service including:
- Service type
- Travel dates
- Route details
- Passenger information
- Total price
- Payment conditions
are presented to the customer before reservation confirmation.
The customer acknowledges reviewing this information before completing the booking process.
4. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation becomes valid only after:
- Submission of the booking request
- Confirmation by Colina Rojo Travel
- Completion of any required payment obligations
Colina Rojo Travel reserves the right to decline bookings when operational or legal limitations exist.
5. Prices and Payment
All service prices are displayed in the relevant booking communication and may be stated in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.
Payments may be completed through:
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment where applicable
The customer agrees to pay the total amount stated during the reservation process.
6. Service Delivery
Purchased services shall be delivered on the agreed date, time, and location as specified in the reservation confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Flight details
- Hotel information
- Contact information
- Passenger details
Incorrect information may affect service delivery.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate reservation information
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
- Carry valid travel documents
- Follow applicable laws and regulations
- Respect service providers, guides, and drivers
The customer is responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts and applicable consumer legislation, tourism, accommodation, transportation, leisure, and travel services provided on a specific date or period may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.
Therefore, cancellation and refund conditions shall be governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.
9. Service Modifications
Customers may request modifications including:
- Date changes
- Flight updates
- Hotel changes
- Passenger number changes
All modification requests are subject to availability and operational approval.
Additional charges may apply.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund procedures are governed by the Colina Rojo Travel Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers acknowledge having reviewed and accepted this policy before completing a reservation.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Political events
- Civil unrest
In such circumstances, service arrangements may be modified, postponed, or canceled.
12. Limitation of Liability
Colina Rojo Travel acts as a licensed travel service provider and coordinator.
The company shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- Airline delays
- Flight cancellations
- Traffic conditions
- Supplier actions
- Force majeure events
- Government decisions
Liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased service where permitted by applicable law.
13. Personal Data Protection
Personal information collected during the reservation process is processed in accordance with:

Customers acknowledge and accept these policies during the reservation process.
14. Electronic Approval
The customer acknowledges that approval of this Agreement through electronic communication methods shall constitute a legally binding acceptance.
Electronic approvals shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures where permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices in accordance with applicable legislation.
