Hotel pickup in a private Mercedes Vito
Your guide and driver collect you from the hotel lobby. Central hotels typically leave in a 08:30–09:15 window; exact time is confirmed the day before. Luggage stays at the hotel when possible so you walk Sultanahmet light. The Vito returns you at the end of the day.
Blue Mosque & Hippodrome
You start on foot in the Old City. Blue Mosque visits follow prayer schedules; modest dress applies. The Hippodrome stop covers the Obelisk, Serpentine Column, and German Fountain so the square reads as history, not only a photo backdrop.
Hagia Sophia visitor gallery
Visitor gallery entry is included. Your guide handles the desk flow and outside briefing; inside you follow the visitor route for mosaics and the great dome. This is the Byzantine–Ottoman hinge of the day.
Topkapı Palace (Harem + Hagia Irene)

On Tuesdays Topkapı is closed—we continue with Basilica Cistern plus Süleymaniye or Gülhane, and the Cistern ticket replaces Topkapı at no extra fee. On Sundays the Grand Bazaar is closed—we use the Spice Bazaar, Arasta Bazaar, or Cankurtaran / Ahırkapı streets. During mosque prayer times (especially Friday midday) we reorder the route or visit Küçük Ayasofya / Süleymaniye if needed.
