Blue Mosque Istanbul is a working mosque on the Sultanahmet square, free for visitors when open, shoes off, shoulders and knees covered. Prayer can pause the visit. Friday is the long pause. On a Colina Rojo Travel private morning it sits with the Hippodrome and the Hagia Sophia visitor ticket, 08:00 to 13:00 from 125 euros per person. On the standard full day it sits inside 09:00 to 17:00 from 230 euros, with the hotel Vito, lunch, and Topkapı when open. Minimum two adults. Maximum six. Children 0 to 5 are free. Ages 6 to 11 pay half. Listed tour prices are before VAT. TÜRSAB 16602.
Pay the morning meet on the morning half-day. The hotel-to-hotel day is the standard full day. The same visit notes on our partner brand are Blue Mosque Istanbul.
Blue Mosque Istanbul is free, not empty
There is no visitor ticket for the Blue Mosque the way there is for the Hagia Sophia gallery. You still follow a visitor route when it is open. Shoes off. A scarf for women if required that day. Bags and cameras follow the staff rules at the door. Midday prayer can stop the route while worship continues. We do not promise a silent nave at noon in August.
Confirm nearby ticketed museum hours the week you fly on the Ministry of Culture museums portal, and treat prayer times as live at the door. Bring covered legs and a scarf from the hotel. The seller at the shoe racks is not your Plan A. If someone offers a laminated skip for the mosque visitor route, walk past. There is nothing honest to sell at the curb for a free visitor route.
An early start helps. On our morning product you are usually through the mosque block before the biggest queues. On a full day the order can move if prayer starts while you are on the Hippodrome. The guide keeps you on the ridge. You do not taxi to a second shore to fill a pause.
Which Colina day holds it
The mosque on a private day is not a third cart. It sits on these checkouts.
| Checkout | Hours | From | Blue Mosque role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morning | 08:00 to 13:00 | 125 euros | Early on the walk, then Hippodrome and Hagia Sophia. Meet Sultanahmet. No Vito |
| Afternoon | 13:00 to 17:00 | 165 euros | Not the lead stop. Palace and Hagia Sophia own the clock |
| Standard | 09:00 to 17:00 | 230 euros | On the ridge after pickup, with lunch and Topkapı when open |
| Deluxe | 09:00 to 18:30 | 290 euros | Same ridge, plus one finale: short boat or Balat |
Afternoon is the afternoon half-day. Deluxe is the deluxe full day. The same morning on the partner brand is the Hagia Sophia Travel morning. Open one cart. Free cancellation sits on those pages, up to 24 hours before pickup. The standard page describes a licensed private guide as English-speaking. Another language is a request in the booking notes.
How every city-tour page sits next to this one is on Istanbul city tour. The five-stop first day is things to do in Istanbul.
On those clocks the mosque is a stop, not a product. You do not buy a second voucher for the courtyard. You buy the morning or the full day that already holds the walk, then you follow the guide through the visitor door when prayer allows. If your hotel is outside the Old City, the standard pickup is the clean answer. If you already sleep two minutes from the Hippodrome, the morning meet saves you a hotel wait and still puts the mosque first.

Not Hagia Sophia
Guests mix the two domes from the Hippodrome. Blue Mosque Istanbul is the six-minaret mosque across the square. Hagia Sophia is the older building with the visitor gallery ticket. One is generally free when open. The other is ticketed on the tourist route. How that ticket sits inside our days is Hagia Sophia tickets.
From the square both roofs look close. Up close the stories split. The mosque asks for shoes off and a covered body. The gallery asks for a paid ticket already inside our private tour prices on morning, afternoon, and full-day products. Do not buy a curb laminate for either door. Do not plan a third monument across the Golden Horn before lunch on the same private clock. The mosque plus Hagia Sophia plus Topkapı is already a full ridge. Adding Galata on the same morning is how first days break.
Friday, Tuesday, Sunday
Friday lengthens the midday pause at the mosque. Morning walks shift order inside the published window. Afternoon palace days are often kinder. Tuesday closes Topkapı; afternoon and full-day products use the cistern at no extra fee. That map is Istanbul on Tuesday. Sunday closes the Grand Bazaar on a full day that promised the lanes. The mosque still runs between prayers.
Custom stops are paid on the planner. Put the hotel and the date in first. The short boat, when it is not already the deluxe finale, is 15 euros per person there.
The car is separate
A 14:00 landing does not reach an 08:00 mosque meet. Istanbul Airport to Sultanahmet is 48 km, 45 to 60 minutes, 45 euros for the vehicle, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, Gate 9, point CEO 34. Sabiha Gökçen is 65 km, 75 to 95 minutes, 50 euros, pillar 10. Book Istanbul Airport to Sultanahmet the night before, and the return on Sultanahmet to Istanbul Airport in the same sitting. We want you at IST about three hours before an international departure, and at SAW four hours or more.

Five steps, then pay
First, decide if you only want the square morning or the full ridge day. Blue Mosque Istanbul fits both. Topkapı does not fit the morning price.
Second, check Friday for prayer, Tuesday for the palace, Sunday for the bazaar.
Third, open one Colina or Hagia checkout. Finish one. Do not keep two live carts for the same mosque hour.
Fourth, dress for a mosque before you leave the hotel.
Fifth, type the hotel name, adult count, and child ages. Minimum two adults. Maximum six. Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup if the date moves.
If you land after lunch and still want Blue Mosque Istanbul that same afternoon, do not force the morning meet. Book the afternoon half-day or wait for a clean morning after you have slept. A tired walk through a prayer pause is a weak first memory of the square. Sleep, then walk. That order protects both the mosque hour and the rest of the private day.

Common questions
