This departure starts with a pickup and a boat, not with a walk from the Hippodrome. You join the program. Hotel drop-off closes the day, inside the 09:00 to 18:30 window. Traffic moves the edges. The page says the day can flex. It does not add a sixth monument because the boat was early.
Beylerbeyi hours for the week you fly are on the Ministry of Culture museums portal. If the palace is the reason you booked, do not pick a Monday and hope the door is open.

When the private ridge is the right page
Choose the Istanbul daily city tour when you want water, the Asian shore, a hill, and lunch on the boat, and you are fine joining the departure. Choose the private standard day when the point of the trip is Hagia Sophia and Topkapı with your own group, from 230 euros, 09:00 to 17:00, minimum two adults, maximum six.

The airport is separate
A 14:00 landing does not reach a 09:00 boat. Istanbul Airport to Sultanahmet is 48 km, 45 to 60 minutes, 45 euros for the vehicle, up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, Gate 9, point CEO 34. Sabiha Gökçen is 65 km, 75 to 95 minutes, 50 euros, pillar 10. Book Istanbul Airport to Sultanahmet the night before, and the return on Sultanahmet to Istanbul Airport.
